of Persons with Disabilities (JSRPD).

JSRPD takes no responsibilities upon direct/indirect problems caused by the use of the software, its modifications, its upgrade or its bugs.

Support of the software is provided through the Mailing List since no direct support is available. Currently only its Japanese version is available. Please refrain from contacting JSRPD or individual developer to ask about the usage and troubles of the software unless you have any specific reason. Mailing list is the best way to find the solutions because users can share the common information.
- If you are downloading Altair for the first time, we kindly ask for your registration( not compulsory ).
- JSRPD may use personal information provided by you for sending you software update and trainings and other related information.

Windows XP, Windows2000, Windows ME, Windows98 Second Edition, Windows98, Windows95.

InternerExplorer4.0 and higher is required.

SAPI4 compatible English speech engine is necessary.

No external sound devices are needed.

SAPI4 speech engine is quite unstable on Windows Vista. Note that its stability on Vista is not guaranteed.

For Windows Vista, use Microsoft Anna, which is a SAPI5 speech engine attached to Windows Vista.

After you download the file, execute winalXXX.exe to extract and execute setup.exe to start installation.
Please uninstall before you want to reinstall the software.
You can uninstall by command of deletion of application on the control panel.
Note: English version of Windows installs English version of ALTAIR and Japanese version of Windows installs Japanese version of ALTAIR automatically.
